Łobuzy is a new music project that shook up Poland’s disco scene. Representatives of the new Disco Yolo movement are Discomił, Dj Yalla and Dj Yolo. The Łobuzy crew made its debut in mid-2015 with a music video titled "Ona Czuje We Mnie Piniądz". It is the first single promoting the project. The music video was produced in Dubai, as we read beneath the video on YouTube. The clip was shared on their profiles, among others, by idols of teenage audiences Ewelina Lisowska and Dawid Kwiatkowski. In any case, it is obvious that the song has a strongly dance-oriented sound, or, to put it trivially, follows the style of disco polo. The project is led by Igor Pilewicz, Kwiatkowski’s manager, while musicians from Ewelina Lisowska’s band also took part in Łobuzy. Internet users discussing the video wonder whether the song is a parody of disco polo or whether the video was made seriously.

In Poland, disco polo is supposedly synonymous with embarrassment. Supposedly, because after a suitable amount of alcohol, this music appears at many parties.

Disco polo is unquestionably riding a wave. We are becoming increasingly bolder in engaging with this genre and encountering it in places where, until recently, we would never have expected it to appear. Some people cannot imagine a good party without "Ona czuje we mnie piniądz". Saturday night at Club Imperium will be a celebration of disco polo and music to drink to—that is, music about love, sex and money.

Jokes aside, this song has already been played almost 52 million times. The band’s second production saw the light of day in March 2016: a music video for a song titled "Pupy". We invite you to a great party and Bolesławiecki Oktoberfest.
