In autumn 2023, the famous Bolesławiec nightclub came to an end. The building was physically demolished, and residential buildings in terraced housing were erected in its place.
For years, Imperium was a place where well-known DJs played and young people spent their weekends. For regulars, the end of Imperium also marked the end of a certain era. One thing is certain: this place has remained in the memories of many people.
That is why information appearing online this year about the possibility of reopening the club has sparked understandable curiosity. Questions have arisen about where the club would be relaunched and whether the information is genuine.
We asked the owner whether he had any plans concerning Club Imperium, as information has appeared that the club could be relaunched in the hall formerly occupied by Tesco.
“It’s fake,” replied Dariusz Domański.
In response, we sent him the club advertisement that appeared online (the photograph below), asking whether the owner might be opening the nightclub at another location. We received no further answer to that question.
