The asphalt surface has connected two streets: Modłowa and Kościuszki. A pavement was laid along the new road. Until now, residents and business owners had been forced to travel through dust or mud.
The investment, which has not yet been officially accepted, has begun the process of preparing areas that had previously lain unused (number 4 in the illustration), where a large facility could be built. As it turns out, the areas lack utilities: there is not even a high-capacity electricity connection or a sewerage system. The absence of these utilities therefore makes any investment in the area impossible. Proposals from foreign companies have already emerged, so it is worth preparing the land as soon as possible.
