If you want your pet to always have a well-groomed, clean and healthy coat, you should take care of it from the earliest age. A dog’s introduction to grooming should begin as early as 2–3 months of age, when the puppy becomes familiar with the grooming salon and its equipment. The next salon visit, during which the groomer begins the first bathing, drying, trimming and brushing, should take place at around 4–5 months.
Familiarizing dogs with grooming procedures helps avoid unnecessary stress for our pets and makes the groomers’ work much easier. A single session devoted to caring for a dog’s skin and coat can last several hours. That is why it is so important to care not only about our dogs’ appearance, but also about their psychological comfort during visits to grooming salons that are unusual for them.

We invite all dogs to CANIS grooming salon: purebred and mixed-breed, short-haired and long-haired, miniature and large. We work exclusively with professional grooming equipment and use high-quality cosmetics intended solely for dog care. We never use aggression, restraints or sedative or sleep-inducing agents on dogs. We believe that calm and a friendly atmosphere are the best ways for a groomer and a dog to work together.
