The Kamienna Rzeźba competition is a very well-organized event featuring athletes who demonstrate a very high level. The categories in which the competitors took part were: open men’s classic bodybuilding, men’s bodybuilding and junior bodybuilding, as well as women’s figure fitness, bikini fitness and men’s beach fitness.
Adrian Makowski from Bolesławiec took second place in the open men’s classic bodybuilding category. The national bodybuilding competition, serving as a qualifier for Poland’s team at Arnold Classic Europe in Barcelona, was held on September 10 in Strzegom. Our representative took part in this type of event for the first time. Through hard work and numerous sacrifices, he managed to win the title of runner-up. The fact that his rivals demonstrated a very high level makes our bodybuilder proud of his place on the podium. Congratulations!
