The new decorations and shapes created as tableware by Janina Bany-Kozłowska, Barbara Kozłowska-Trojnar, Danuta Amborska and Iwona Piela can be viewed since Thursday at the “mała Biała” gallery of the Bolesławiec Cultural Centre–International Ceramics Centre.

The exhibition, open until Sunday, 21 August, presents the most interesting new designs from Bolesławiec’s largest ceramics manufacturers. Among them is the company with the longest post-war history—Zakłady Ceramiczne “BOLESŁAWIEC”.

– “We prepared two collections for this exhibition,” says Wiesław Ogrodnik, President of the Management Board of ZC “BOLESŁAWIEC”. “The first was presented at the Ambiente trade fair in Frankfurt and received very good reviews there, while the market responded with very large orders. The second collection is a spring-themed premiere, and I hope it will also meet with enthusiastic reactions from the market. We are showing the newest and most interesting things we have here. We invite you to Zakłady Ceramiczne “BOLESŁAWIEC” not only during the Bolesławiec Ceramics Festival, but also afterwards. Everyone will find something in our offer that may interest and delight them.

The collection of pots, platters, salad bowls and cutlery by the Zakłady featured in the exhibition is intended both for catering and everyday use. These are vessels in which dishes can be prepared, heated, baked in the oven and served at the table. The shapes are based on a modern geometric line of rectangles, ovals and cylinders.

The opening attracted enormous interest, and the products were viewed attentively. “Zdobinki” from ZC “BOLESŁAWIEC” also appeared at the opening.
