In the article The opening date of the Stara Mleczarnia gallery has been delayed, we reported that the facility would open in time for the Bolesławiec Ceramics Festival. However, this did not happen. “The entrepreneurs wanted to put the finishing touches on their stores, and we changed the arrangement of the facility,” explains Olgierd Hoffman, president of H&S Construction, the investor and owner of the plot.
The new opening date for Stara Mleczarnia is September 22. The new gallery will house such well-known stores as Jysk, Media Expert, Martes Sport and Polo Market, as well as a Prima pharmacy and the Super Mix clothing store. What other stores there will be is not yet known. The facility is also expected to include a restaurant. However, the head of H&S Construction does not want to reveal any details. “Talks with companies are still ongoing. Until the agreements are signed, however, I cannot say which companies are involved,” he stresses.
Jysk at Stara Mleczarnia will probably open earlier. The remaining stores are expected to open on September 22.
