On Sunday, in the first round of the Regional Polish Cup, Class A side GKS Tomaszów Bolesławiecki hosted fourth-league Piast Wykroty. In Tomaszów, just as the day before in Iwiny, there was no surprise. As expected, the fourth-league team won and advanced to the next round, although the hosts scored the opening goal. Krzysztof Kurlej lobbed the advancing goalkeeper from Wykroty, making it 1–0 for Tomaszów. The home side enjoyed the lead only briefly. In the next attack, the visitors equalised through Piotr Krawczyk. The score remained 1–1 until half-time.
Piast controlled the match from beginning to end. The hosts focused on defensive play and launching counterattacks. In the second half, the Wykroty team, without needing to step up the pace, added two more goals. The scorers were: Bartosz Kojder and Grzegorz Roman. GKS Tomaszów Bolesławiecki lost to Piast Wykroty 1–3 (1–1).
