This year's Ceramic Carnival parade will open the 22nd Bolesławiec Ceramics Festival. Parade participants will set off on Friday, August 19, at 5:00 p.m. from Adama Asnyka Street and walk to the Market Square along Ignacego Łukasiewicza, Karola Miarki and Kościelna streets. They will circle the Market Square, where a jury stand will be set up on the Town Hall steps.
The biggest event connected with ceramics is also an opportunity for ceramic companies from the town and surrounding area to present themselves. This year, the leading manufacturers will impress us once again.
Ceramika Artystyczna Spółdzielnia Rękodzieła Artystycznego, which will take part with a 180-person team in the “Peacock Eyes” presentation. A group of one hundred people from Fabryki Naczyń Kamionkowych Manufaktura will present the “Blue Kingdom” program, referring to the new “blue line” collection. Ceramika Artystyczna Wiza and its 35-person team will appear in the “Ceramics with a Song” presentation. Ceramika Milena will also take part in the parade with a 45-person team.

In addition to individuals and special guests such as Bolesławieckie Bractwo Ceramiczne, the following have also registered to take part in the parade and the competition for the most interesting presentation:
Cech Rzemiosł Różnych i Małej Przedsiębiorczości w Bolesławcu. The guild elders, dressed in traditional craft attire, and a group of several dozen people will present various professions and treat the public to products from food companies.
Galeria Bolesławiec City Center, represented by a small group of Pirates from Treasure Island on a special raft.
A fifty-person group from Gmina Bolesławiec will invite everyone to the municipal harvest festival in Trzebień during its elaborate presentation.
More than fifty people from Miejski Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnej will once again sing “Because if not us, then who” for us. Last year, the MZGK presentation delighted the jury; this year, we also wish them success in the competition.
We will also see our blue footballers from Football Academy Bolesławiec, whose presentation is titled “Cobalt-and-Stamp Football Academy.”
There will also be fit students from the University of the Third Age, led by its head, Wiesława Olczyk. The Auto Centrum Zmaczyńscy team and a one-hundred-person group from Miejski Zakład Gospodarki Mieszkaniowej will also take part.
Halcamp-Rally will also be our guest. The caravaning enthusiasts will invite foreign friends from northern Europe to join the parade.
Starostwo Powiatowe will also present its team. Girls from the “Carmen” flamenco dance group will perform Eastern dances for us.
For the second time, “Zakręcone stempelki,” bicycle enthusiasts who will decorate their two-wheelers with ceramic motifs, will ride in the parade.
