Already September 8 - Thursday - the next swimming lessons at Termy Bolesławiec will begin. Infants from three months of age and children up to three years old can take part, accompanied in the water by a parent. In addition, children from the age of four will be able to take swimming lessons and improve their skills in a group of peers, without their parents and under the supervision of an instructor.
Adults can also brush up on or acquire swimming skills during individual lessons or in small groups. The classes are organized by Wodne Przedszkole Kubuś, which has been working with swimming for the youngest children for seven years. During the classes, the youngest children will learn the correct body position in the water, basic arm and leg movements, jumping into the water and submerging.
Children from the age of four will learn to swim and, most importantly, will learn elements of self-rescue, which is essential knowledge during the holiday season.
