The transport platform in the outpatient clinic building of the Regional Hospital for the Nervously and Mentally Ill in Bolesławiec will enable people with limited mobility, including wheelchair users, to move around. The city budget grant will also allow the area around the clinic to be prepared for unrestricted access.
The building of the Regional Hospital for the Nervously and Mentally Ill was constructed between 1857 and 1863. In recent years, the facility has undergone a number of renovations and modernizations. It offers excellent conditions for psychiatric and psychosomatic treatment. It operates twelve treatment wards, including addiction treatment and detoxification wards, as well as a nursing and care facility. The hospital also runs an analytical laboratory and X-ray, ECG and EEG departments. The structures of WSdNiPCh also include four outpatient clinics: adult mental health, child and adolescent mental health, alcohol addiction therapy, and neurology.
