As part of the project, vocal workshops will be held from August 1 to 5, followed by two final concerts on Saturday and Sunday, August 6 and 7.
Vocal workshops
Workshop participants can expect extraordinary artistic experiences. One of the instructors will be American soul and jazz vocalist Frank McComb. This artist’s voice is recognized on several continents, and the names of the leading musicians he has worked with so far are highly impressive: Stevie Wonder, Prince, George Duke, George Benson and Marcus Miller.
The female member of the teaching staff will be one of Poland’s finest soul vocalists, Ania Szarmach, gifted with extraordinary feeling and a warm vocal tone. She has released three solo albums, while her fourth and latest album is just going on sale. Ania has worked with artists including Edyta Górniak, Natalia Kukulska, Ewa Bem, Poluzjanci, Sistars and Kayah.
ATTENTION!
There are still 5 places available for the workshops! Participation is free of charge! Adults residing in the Nysa Euroregion (roughly the former Jelenia Góra Voivodeship) who are actively involved with music are invited to apply. Applications containing address details, a contact telephone number and a brief description of musical experience should be sent to: darek@bok.boleslawiec.pl
