A joint patrol (a municipal police officer and a police officer) noticed a group of young people drinking beer. The officers checked the young people's identities. While issuing a fine, the officers were struck by the nervous behaviour of a 19-year-old woman from Bolesławiec. The teenager smelled of marijuana.
A policewoman arrived at the scene and searched the young woman. The 19-year-old had marijuana on her. Further proceedings in this case are being conducted by the Bolesławiec police.
