On June 29, at around 9:00 p.m., the Bolesławiec city surveillance operator saw four men smoking an unidentified substance using a large water pipe in the amphitheatre in the park on Parkowa Street.
Police officers were notified. As it turned out, one of the men was carrying a joint containing a narcotic substance, most likely marijuana.
