The State Treasury – the Commander of the Bolesławiec County Police apologizes to Mr. Bartłomiej Niezgoda for the fact that, on the night of August 14–15, 2010, officers of the Police Station in Osiecznica exceeded their powers while carrying out official duties by assaulting and insulting Bartłomiej Niezgoda, violating his personal dignity and honor, and causing harm to his health.
