A Lubin resident called the Lubin police duty officer after noticing three young men in the city centre jumping on the bonnet and roof of a car. The officer dispatched a patrol from the Prevention Department to the scene.
All three vandals were detained. They are residents of Lubin, aged 18 and 19. At the time of their detention, they were all drunk. They were taken to police custody.
They could now face up to five years in prison.
