The Bolesławiec Cultural Centre – International Ceramics Centre has resumed its meetings in the “Those Worth Getting to Know” series. The first meeting took place in March with reporter Mariusz Szczygieł and attracted enormous interest. We wrote about it in the article “Mariusz Szczygieł: – They are happier because they do not believe in God!”
The meetings will be hosted by Danuta Maślicka, who ran the “Those Worth Getting to Know” series at the Bolesławiec Cultural Centre from 1997 to 2001. Maślicka’s guest will be Iwona Banach, a resident of our city, who says: “I have never missed any city so much; I have been to Paris many times, indeed, it is a beautiful city, but Bolesławiec has something special about it…”.
