Police officers were asked to inspect the coach that was supposed to take the children on a trip to Wrocław. They immediately noticed the condition of the vehicle’s bodywork, including protruding elements and tyres with no tread. After a comprehensive inspection, there could be only one decision. The children certainly could not safely set off in such a bus.
The officers confiscated the vehicle’s registration certificate. The children—although delayed, but safe—set off for the capital of Lower Silesia in a coach provided by another carrier.
Police officers remind the public that anyone organising a trip—or taking part in one—who has doubts about the vehicle’s technical condition or the driver’s sobriety may ask officers to carry out an inspection.
