They performed very well once again, winning 24 medals in individual events. The girls’ 4 x 50-metre freestyle relay team (consisting of: Jessica Kowalska, Julita Jośko, Patrycja Michalska and Julia Wasyliszyn) won the bronze medal. The boys’ 4 x 50-metre freestyle relay team won gold. Its members were: Kamil Wróblewski, Dominik Knichał, Olek Sienkiewicz and Ivan Sushchanka.

The following swimmers won medals in individual events:

  • Nina Maksymowicz – gold in the 100 m freestyle and gold in the 200 m individual medley (as well as the title of best competitor in her age category)
  • Julia Barszczewska – silver in the 50 m breaststroke and silver in the 50 m individual medley
  • Nadia Maksymowicz – gold in the 200 m freestyle
  • Katarzyna Abramowicz – gold in the 50 m butterfly
  • Maja Oleś – silver in the 100 m breaststroke
  • Oliwia Zagdańska – silver in the 50 m butterfly
  • Maciej Kozik – gold in the 50 m freestyle and gold in the 100 m individual medley (best competitor in this age category)
  • Olek Sienkiewicz – gold in the 100 m butterfly, silver in the 100 m freestyle, silver in the 200 m freestyle
  • Kamil Wróblewski – silver in the 100 m butterfly, silver in the 100 m freestyle, silver in the 200 m freestyle
  • Ivan Sushchanka – bronze in the 100 m freestyle, bronze in the 100 m backstroke, bronze in the 200 m individual medley
  • Igor Paradziński – silver in the 50 m backstroke, bronze in the 50 m freestyle
  • Patryk Błaszkiewicz – silver in the 100 m breaststroke
  • Dominik Knichał – silver in the 100 m backstroke

The Harpun Osiecznica Swimming Club team is now preparing for an international swimming meet in Austria and a nationwide competition for 10- and 11-year-olds in Nowa Ruda.
