A presentation with the opportunity to try out the exoskeleton in practice will be held on 22 April 2016 (Friday), from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., at the NZOZ Provita premises at 7A Grunwaldzka Street.
Additionally, Educational Workshops will begin at 3:00 p.m. on the same day in the Conference Room of the Starostwo Powiatowe in Bolesławiec, at 12 Armii Krajowej Street (entrance from the car park, first floor on the right).

What is an exoskeleton? EKSO GT™ by the American company EKSO BIONICS is a wearable bionic skeleton designed for the rehabilitation of virtually any patient with lower-limb paresis. It enables movements from sitting to standing and walking in a natural manner, with weight correctly transferred between the limbs. The device is battery-powered, and movements are performed by motors that support lost neuromuscular functions. This can, for example, enable people with complete paralysis and minimal forearm function to stand up and walk, and help patients relearn correct gait patterns
