Guests from Zhytomyr—representatives of the administration, education and business sectors—came to Lower Silesia at the invitation of the Marshal’s Office. An agreement on cooperation between the Lower Silesian Teacher Development Centre and its counterpart in Ukraine was signed in Legnica.
In the meantime, the guests met with Mayor Tadeusz Krzakowski. They watched films promoting our city and toured City Hall. They expressed their thanks for the assistance and support provided to Ukraine.
Tadeusz Samborski, a member of the Board of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, emphasised that Legnica is a partner city of Drohobych. “There is something magical about Legnica,” said Tadeusz Samborski. “I hope that the threads of cooperation with Zhytomyr will also cross here.”
