Due to our dynamic growth, we are looking for a candidate for the position of:

CUSTOMER ADVISOR

Place of work: BOLESŁAWIEC

 DUTIES

  • professional sales of banking products in accordance with the standards applicable at the bank
  • achievement of individual sales targets
  • conducting active customer acquisition activities (telemarketing, meetings with scheduled customers outside the branch)
  • preliminary verification of loan applications and responsibility for the level of credit risk

REQUIREMENTS

  • at least secondary education
  • experience in sales, telemarketing or financial advisory will be an advantage
  • good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • excellent communication skills
  • a focus on building positive, long-term relationships with customers
  • knowledge of banking products will be an additional advantage
