The competition is held under the patronage of Bolesławiec Mayor Piotr Roman and the Regional Organisation of NSZZ Solidarność in Bolesławiec County. The review was initiated on the 10th anniversary of the death of Polish poet, bard and composer Jacek Kaczmarski.
The competition section will be held in the multifunctional hall of the “Orzeł” CIK on Friday, April 8 at 8:30 a.m. The final of the 3rd Jacek Kaczmarski Song Review will be a concert by the winners, during which the results will be announced and prizes awarded—all those interested are invited at 6:00 p.m.
The aim of the review is to commemorate, promote and disseminate the work of Jacek Kaczmarski, as well as to promote patriotic and independence ideas and educate future generations.
