Preliminary findings indicate that the driver of an unidentified passenger car, improperly turning from Kazimierza Wielkiego Street onto Armii Krajowej Street, driving against the flow of traffic, failed to give way to a moped rider.
The police ask anyone who has any information about this road incident to come forward.
