Bolesławiec County Plans PLN 26.12 Million Road Investment

Bolesławiec County is consistently investing in roads. It is worth noting that, thanks to the intensity of the work in recent years, more than 70% of the county’s roads have been given a “new lease of life.”

But, as we know, appetite grows with eating. As we read on the Bolesławiec County website:

There is a real chance for the largest investment in the history of the local government: the reconstruction of county road no. 2271D Osiecznica – motorway interchange (Luboszów) A-18 – county boundary (Rudawica). The planned investment value is PLN 26,120,000. This funding will also be used to modernize two bridges located along the road.

The second major investment is the reconstruction of road no. 2272D Krzyżowa – Wierzbowa under the Development Programme for Municipal and County Road Infrastructure for 2016–2019. The estimated value of the project is PLN 5.2 million.

County officials add:

Of course, the Board is not overlooking smaller projects. At the latest session, positive changes to ongoing investments were approved. This will make it possible to reconstruct county road no. 2499D between Ocice and Brzeźnik under the Development Programme for Municipal and County Road Infrastructure for 2016–2019; reconstruct county road no. 2501D Ustronie – Raciborowice; reconstruct county road no. 2307D: al. Wojska Polskiego in Bolesławiec; modernize road no. 2499D between Ocice and Brzeźnik, stage I – Mierzwin; reconstruct road no. 2273D between Gościszów and Ocice; and reconstruct the pavements along road no. 2327D: ul. Mickiewicza in Nowogrodziec.

The value of these latest investments is PLN 1,650,000.
