Stara Mleczarnia – this will be the name of the new shopping gallery being built on Jeleniogórska Street in Bolesławiec. The name refers to the Bolesławiec dairy cooperative that once operated in exactly the same location.
As for the stores, it is already known that the new gallery will include: Jysk, Media Expert, Martes Sport and Polo Market. The investor is also holding talks with KFC, Empik, Smyk, as well as pharmacy and drugstore chains. However, these are negotiations for now. Which other well-known chain will appear in Bolesławiec will be known at a later date. Representatives of various local business sectors are also interested in the new gallery.
Czy nazwa Stara Mleczarnia jest trafiona?
The opening of Stara Mleczarnia, previously planned for the end of March, will take place at the end of June. As Olgierd Hoffman, president of H&S Construction, the investor and owner of the plot, told us, the delay is due to the fact that large elements of the dairy cooperative that once operated there were found during earthworks. Removing them from the ground took as long as two months.
The new gallery will have approximately 4,300 m² of retail space. A car park with 160 spaces will be built next to the facility. Additional parking may also be opened on the roof. However, this depends on whether the gallery is expanded in the future. The gallery site will have entrances from Podgórna Street and Jeleniogórska Street. In addition, the investor will build a new bus stop on Jeleniogórska Street.
