Chojnów police officers arrested poachers. They are residents of nearby towns, aged 57 and 44. Their nets contained caught carp weighing a total of 189 kilograms. The losses suffered by the fishing company were estimated at PLN 2,500.
The poachers were placed in police custody; they face up to five years in prison.
