The child benefit is available to the child’s mother, father, actual guardian or legal guardian (in the amount of PLN 500.00 per month per child in the family). It is to be paid for each second and subsequent child until they reach the age of 18.
Attention! The child benefit is available to the child’s mother, father, actual guardian or legal guardian for the first child if the family income per person does not exceed PLN 800.00. If a disabled child is a member of the family, the child benefit is available for the first child if the family income per person does not exceed PLN 1,200.00.
Program „Rodzina 500+”:
From 1 April 2016, the newly established Centrum Świadczeń Rodzinie at the City Hall headquarters at pl. Marszałka J. Piłsudskiego 1 (ground floor of the office building) will be responsible for granting and paying child benefits to Bolesławiec residents.
Applications will be available at the Customer Service Office (Rynek 41 – Town Hall), at Centrum Świadczeń Rodzinie, at the Municipal Social Welfare Centre at ul. Cichej 7, and on the websites www.mpips.gov.pl, www.boleslawiec.eu, www.mops.boleslawiec.pl.
Applications may also be submitted electronically if the applicant has a qualified electronic signature or a trusted profile on ePUAP. To obtain a trusted profile, an account must be created on ePUAP at https://www.epuap.gov.pl/.
Preliminary information about the child benefit will be available at the Municipal Social Welfare Centre in Bolesławiec at ul. Cichej 7, in the Family Benefits and Alimony Fund Section, in rooms 7 and 11, from Monday to Friday during customer service hours, namely:
- on Mondays from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- from Tuesday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
and by telephone at: 75 645 78 17 and 75 645 78 21.
