This operation by the Bolesławiec traffic police ended with 8 driving licences being confiscated. Four drivers exceeded the speed limit by more than 50 km/h in a built-up area, while three got behind the wheel while intoxicated.
In addition, officers confiscated the driving licence of a female driver who failed to give way and caused a collision. The woman had been authorised to drive a car... for 4 days.
The officers also issued 30 penalty fines and referred 4 cases to court in connection with violations of road traffic regulations.
