Each competitor will complete the same 700-metre course twice. The combined time of the two runs will determine the ranking in each category. The winners in the individual age categories, as well as the fastest woman and man from Legnica, will receive statuettes; trophies will be awarded in the open category, and all participants will receive commemorative certificates.
The official summary of the Championships, a shared lunch and the presentation of trophies will take place at Hospoda na Peci at 4:00 p.m.
Participants can travel to the Championships by the organiser’s coach, departing at 8:00 a.m., or by their own means of transport. The participation fee is PLN 60, including transport, insurance and lunch. Participation without coach transport costs PLN 40. Students up to the age of 19 pay PLN 25.
Applications are accepted at the OSiR headquarters or by email at ci@osir.legnica.pl until 20 January this year. Spectators are welcome.

- junior woman: (2000–1992), aged 16–24
- amazon: (1991–1981), aged 25–35
- lady: (1980 and earlier), aged 36 and over
- men
- junior: (2000–1992), aged 16–24
- elite: (1991–1982), aged 25–34
- masters: (1981–1967), aged 35–49
- senior: (1966–1957), aged 50–59
- oldboy: (1956–1951), aged 60–65
- veteran: (1950–1946), aged 66–70
- starzyk: (1945), aged 71 and over
There will also be rankings in the “Skier of Legnica” and “Skier Woman of Legnica” categories.
