During the winter holidays, the Municipal Public Library on Sądowa Street has prepared many attractions for the youngest visitors. So far, children have been able to learn about the art of origami, make puppets together, solve crossword puzzles, rebuses and charades, and watch cartoons together. Many more attractions await the children through Friday.
The activities take place at the library from 12:00 to 14:00. The schedule for each day:
- Tuesday – “A Knotty Puppet” – wool crafts
- Wednesday – “Suitcase of Dreams” – artwork made using the decoupage technique (decorating objects by sticking paper ornaments onto them)
- Thursday – “Irish Vibes” – integration activities inspired by music
- Friday – “Fairy-Tale Film Festival” – film screenings
In addition to the scheduled activities, children can listen to books being read aloud and discover many interesting websites (virtual geographical journeys, facts about the animal world, book reviews written by their peers, and educational games).
