  • anyone at risk from or affected by a natural disaster, technical failure or natural catastrophe.

  • administrative matters
  • tax law
  • civil matters
  • criminal matters
  • preparation for starting a business
  • tax law.

Free legal aid includes:

  • preparing a draft application for exemption from court costs or appointment of a court-appointed attorney
  • providing information about the legal status and the rights or obligations to which a person is entitled or subject
  • indicating how to resolve a legal problem
  • assistance in preparing a draft document, excluding a pleading.

Free legal aid does not cover matters:

  • concerning taxes related to running a business
  • concerning customs, foreign exchange and commercial law
  • related to running a business.

The task of providing free legal aid is a commissioned task in the field of government administration, carried out independently by Bolesławiec County and in cooperation with the municipalities of Nowogrodziec, Osiecznica and Gromadka.
