The “Świeć się z Energą” competition began on December 11. By December 29, Legnica had received 1,405 votes. The next places in the region are held by: Świdnica (547), Strzelin (483), Oława (241) and Wałbrzych (129). Our city has a huge lead over its competitors. But until January 11, when the regional stage ends, we can show that we are capable of much more!

The illuminated cities entered in the plebiscite compete against one another in two stages: regional and national. One winner will be selected from each voivodeship. The winner will receive the title and a prize worth PLN 10,000 from the online store sklep.energa.pl, consisting of equipment intended for a charitable cause indicated by the city.

In the second stage, the towns will compete for the title of Poland’s City of Light and the grand prize. The winner will receive energy-efficient household appliances from the online store sklep.energa.pl, with a total value of PLN 50,000, to be donated to a social cause selected by the city.

Every vote counts. When helping through voting, only a specified number of votes can be cast each day, so let us remember that staying involved throughout the entire competition is very important.
