At the cinema, Grażyna Hanaf welcomed us once again with a family of dinosaurs, whom we were able to get to know. Then we learned what a family tree is and recalled who belongs to a family. Next, we watched a film that moved us deeply and put us in a pleasant mood of anticipation for Christmas.
After returning to the preschool, we played the themed game “My Family, My Home”. Then we had a guided discussion about Christmas preparations in our homes and preschool, referring to the film.
At the preschool, we decided to surprise our parents and siblings—we prepared a performance entitled “A Short Carol About Talking Animals”. To create a family atmosphere, after the little theatre performance we sat down at a shared table. First, we made angels, then we decorated the Christmas tree together, and finally the parents laid the tables for Christmas and prepared sweet refreshments. We feasted together to the sound of Christmas carols, like one big family.
