The 14-year-old will compete in the Voivodeship Junior Taekwondo WTF Team. Krzysiek trains taekwondo under the guidance of Mariusz Sulma at the ILYO Bolesławiec Students’ Sports Club. The young athlete attends Lower Secondary School No. 3.
Krzysiek qualified for the voivodeship team based on the decisions of the Lower Silesian Sports Federation and the District Taekwondo WTF Association. The places on the teams for individual voivodeships are determined by the Ministry of Sport and the Polish Sports Associations on the basis of several years of sporting achievements in a given discipline.
