Proposed agenda:

  1. Opening of the session.
  2. Adoption of the minutes no. XIII/2015 from the session of the Zgorzelec County Council.
  3. The Starost’s report on the Board’s work between sessions.
  4. Adoption of resolutions of the Zgorzelec County Council concerning:
    a) adoption of the Sustainable Development Plan for Public Collective Transport for Zgorzelec County;
    b) selection of a statutory auditor to audit the financial statements of the Multidisciplinary Hospital – Independent Public Healthcare Institution in Zgorzelec for the 2015 financial year;
    c) expressing the intention to participate in the implementation by the Multidisciplinary Hospital – Independent Public Healthcare Institution in Zgorzelec of the project entitled “Improving energy efficiency in the facilities of WS-SPZOZ in Zgorzelec”, co-financed by the EEA Financial Mechanism 2009/2014;
    d) merger of the Independent Public Healthcare Institution of the Municipal Health Centre in Olszyna with the Multidisciplinary Hospital – Independent Public Healthcare Institution in Zgorzelec;
    e) amendment of the Statutes of the Multidisciplinary Hospital – Independent Public Healthcare Institution in Zgorzelec;
    f) determining detailed principles, methods and procedures for remitting, deferring or spreading into instalments civil-law monetary receivables due to Zgorzelec County or its organisational units, and identifying the body or person authorised to do so;
    g) the list of expenditures that do not expire at the end of the 2015 budget year;
    h) amendment of Resolution no. IV/25/2015 of the Zgorzelec County Council of 23 January 2015 concerning the adoption of the long-term financial forecast for Zgorzelec County for 2015–2032;
    i) amendments to the budget of Zgorzelec County for 2015;
    j) adoption of the long-term financial forecast for Zgorzelec County for 2016–2032.
  5. Adoption of the Zgorzelec County budget for 2016:
    a) reading of the draft budget resolution;
    b) reading of the opinion of the Regional Chamber of Audit on the draft budget resolution;
    c) reading of the opinions of the standing committees by their chairpersons or designated committee members;
    d) discussion of the draft budget;
    e) adoption of the resolution on adopting the Zgorzelec County budget for 2016.
