On 18 December this year, a new patrol car was officially handed over to the Bogatyń police officers. The marked Skoda Yeti will strengthen the activities carried out by preventive-policing officers. It was purchased using police budget funds and additional funding provided by the Bogatynia local authorities.

The official handover was jointly carried out by the Zgorzelec County Police Commander, Junior Inspector Leszek Zagórski, and the Mayor of the City and Municipality of Bogatynia, Andrzej Grzmielewicz. Both emphasized that equipping police officers with modern equipment is essential.

The Skoda Yeti will significantly strengthen the officers' daily work, particularly during operations in difficult terrain. Among other features, it has four-wheel drive, enabling officers to quickly reach places such as wooded areas, meadows, fields and wasteland and efficiently carry out their duties.
