From 8 to 10 December this year, officers from the Traffic Department stopped as many as five drivers of passenger cars who were subject to court-ordered driving bans. Among them was a 31-year-old resident of Zgorzelec, who was stopped for a roadside check because the officers suspected that he was driving despite a court ban. They were not mistaken.
Now all five will answer for their actions before the court. Each of those detained faces up to three years in prison.
