What can you do for your heart?

The human heart beats 2.5 billion times over a lifetime, and this reserve is enough for approximately … Whoever’s heart beats more slowly will live longer.

  • Do we know the “heart numbers”?
  • What should we know about them?
  • Can we interpret them?
  • Which numbers can we influence?
  • Do we know what our heart likes?
  • Can a person live without a heart?

These are the questions we will seek answers to by taking on different roles: teacher, doctor, dietitian and athlete. We will prepare a leaflet for Jan Kowalski—that is, for every Polish person—with essential information about the heart and answers to these and other questions.
Help us raise money to print the leaflet and to take a trip to Humanitarium
in Wrocław for the “Heart Dissection” workshop.
