Officers dispatched to the scene determined that an oak tree approximately 50 cm in diameter had been cut down behind the estate, already within the boundaries of Łąka. The tree had been partially cut up and prepared for loading. No one was found nearby.

Since this area is located outside the city of Bolesławiec, officers from the Police Station in Kruszyn were called to the scene. They are conducting further proceedings in the case.
