The owner of the shopping centre is Antan Development Polska, while its manager is Savills, an international real estate adviser.
Bolesławiec City Center is a shopping centre opened in 2012 and located on Asnyka Street in Bolesławiec. The building has 8,336 sq m of usable space and offers a wide range of retail and food-service outlets. The shopping centre is currently 100% leased.
“Over its three years of operation, Bolesławiec City Center has become well integrated into the city and has become a meeting place for its residents. Above all, we are pleased with the steady growth in visitor numbers. In October, this figure rose by 27% compared with the previous year. Last month, we also recorded a 25.08% increase in turnover,” says Marta Mikołajczyk-Pyrć, associate director and portfolio manager at Savills.
“This would not have been possible without close cooperation with local organisations, including the County Fire Service Headquarters, the County Family Support Centre, schools and local authorities. Together, we have organised many events that not only increase the appeal of Bolesławiec City Center, but also educate and bring residents together. On the occasion of the third birthday, we wish for the centre to continue developing as successfully in the coming years as it has so far,” says Agata Kalita of Savills, who manages the centre.

On Saturday, November 21, many attractions have been planned for Bolesławiec City Center customers: meetings for children with film characters, a samba show and a promotional campaign, including cash prizes. Visitors to the centre will also be treated to a birthday cake that day.
