As he was walking along Hutnicza Street in Lubin, the officer saw two men vandalizing a bus shelter. He immediately notified the duty officer at the Lubin police station. The duty officer dispatched a patrol to the scene, and it arrested the vandals.
Thanks to the police officer’s reaction, the perpetrators managed to break only one pane. At the time of their arrest, they were completely drunk. Both had more than 3 per mille of alcohol in their blood.
The detainees are residents of Lubin, aged 27 and 30. It also turned out that the older of them was wanted under an arrest warrant. He will now be taken to prison.
