The concert repertoire included patriotic songs interwoven with a narrative background referring to the events of 11 November 1918, when Poland regained its independence after 123 years of partitions. Young people from the Sound group and women from the Gospel Sound group performed on stage. The concert opened with the songs “Pierwsza brygada”, “Wojenko, wojenko” and “Białe róże”, and concluded with the song “Kołysanka matki”. The vocalists performed the songs solo, in duets and as groups.
The event’s engaging script was prepared and developed by the workshop supervisor Agata Pińczuk-Burdzy, who also accompanied the performers on most of the songs. At the end, the talented residents of Bolesławiec were rewarded with applause from the large audience.
