Granite paving stones, asphalt, stone, granite and granite curbs are materials from dismantling works that will be distributed free of charge to residents of our city. The materials are held in storage at:

  • Zakład Energetyki Cieplnej w Bolesławcu – Gałczyńskiego Street
  • Miejski Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnej – Staszica Street
  • Zakład Unieszkodliwiania Odpadów Komunalnych w Trzebieniu

The materials obtained will be issued to city residents free of charge according to the following rules:

  • asphalt waste should be used by road construction companies as a sub-base for improving unpaved roads
  • the remaining materials will be issued free of charge to residents of Bolesławiec for use in beautifying our city and should be incorporated on properties (owned, leased or rented) located within Bolesławiec
  • the materials will be issued free of charge upon the interested party’s written application, containing their first and last name, address, quantity, type, place of incorporation, the details of the person authorized to collect the materials, and a contact telephone number. The application must be accompanied by a PLN 5 fiscal fee stamp
  • the mayor will consider applications in the order in which they are received by Urząd Miasta Bolesławca. At the same time, the person indicated in the application will be authorized to collect the materials
  • the recipient of materials from ZEC will be charged for weighing the vehicle twice (upon entry and upon departure with the load). The cost of one weighing on a vehicle scale with a capacity of up to 50 tonnes is PLN 12.54 gross. In addition, if loading is performed using ZEC equipment, loading costs will be added (PLN 4.15 gross for up to 10 tonnes, PLN 2.07 gross above 10 tonnes). A vehicle scale with a capacity of up to 10 tonnes is located at Miejski Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnej
  • transport must be arranged independently
  • materials will be issued between 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
  • after incorporating the collected materials, the completed work must be reported to the Municipal Department. Once the work has been inspected and accepted, a report will be drawn up
  • applications will be considered in the order in which they are received, until the materials run out.
