According to the officers’ preliminary findings, a 29-year-old resident of Szklarska Poręba fell onto the roadway for undetermined reasons, directly under a reversing Volvo driven by a 62-year-old man.
The pedestrian was taken to hospital with serious injuries. The driver was sober. Police are investigating the causes of the incident.
