The boy’s mother reported the molestation. The perpetrator was detained and placed in police custody that same day. He is a 25-year-old resident of Legnica.
The police applied for the man’s temporary detention. After the procedural actions had been completed, police supervision was imposed on him and he was issued a restraining order prohibiting him from approaching the victim.
The detainee faces up to 12 years in prison.
