Every year, around 350–400 people take part in this nationwide tourist event (active officers and employees of the police, Border Guard and fire service, soldiers of the Polish Armed Forces, ministry-affiliated trade union members, as well as retirees and disability pensioners with their families).
The rally was held under the honorary patronage of the Police Chief Commander. The following accepted invitations to join the Honorary Committee: the Chief Commander of the Border Guard, the president of the Federation of Associations of the Uniformed Services of the Republic of Poland, the president of IPA – Polish section, the chairman of the National Board of the Police Trade Union, the chairman of the National Executive Committee of the Border Guard Officers’ Trade Union, the president of the National Board of PTTK, the president of the National Board of the Association of Police Retirees and Pensioners, the Police Provincial Commander in Wrocław, the commander of the Nadodrzański Border Guard Branch in Krosno Odrzańskie, and the mayor of Szklarska Poręba.
The “Fregata” Team from the Morski OSG won the rally. The closing ceremony and presentation of the trophies took place on 26 September this year at 9:00 a.m. in one of the hotels in Szklarska Poręba. The trophies were presented to the winners on behalf of the Police Chief Commander in Warsaw and the Police Provincial Commander in Wrocław by the deputy Municipal Police Commander in Jelenia Góra – junior inspector Piotr Wałczyk.
