The evening with the artist will be made more enjoyable by a performance from Mirosław Kuc, who will play pieces on classical guitar. Admission is free.
Stanisława Jarmakowicz’s passion is the written word and visual art. The poet and painter was born in Drohobych and has lived in Bolesławiec since 1945. She has published eight volumes of poetry: “Rytm serca” (2006), “Zatrzymać chwile” (2007), “Kolory życia” (2008), “Podobni ptakom” (2009), “Dotyk czasu” (2011), “Głębia ciszy” (2013), “Porywy wiatru” (2014), and “Wiersze wybrane” (2014). She has received awards and distinctions in competitions for her poems. In 2011, she was honored with an award from the German Writers’ Association in Frankfurt for her work “Zerbrochener Krug,” which was included in the anthology “Kleist und ich.” The author belongs to the literary clubs “W Cieniu Lipy Czarnoleskiej” and Jeleniogórski Klub Literacki, as well as the Stowarzyszenie Autorów Polskich.
