Zgorzelecka Street is the main thoroughfare in the city, the most frequently used and recently renovated. It is managed by the Lower Silesian Roads and Railways Service in Wrocław because of its status as a voivodeship road. Last year, the road manager modernized the road, and this year it is carrying out smaller investments.
The installed barriers are so-called speed reducers, or yellow restrictors intended to slow down children running out of school and give drivers time to see them.
The busy road has therefore become safer.
