Threatened people with a knife and hammer, arrested by police. He will answer for four robberies

Officers from the Criminal Division of Police Station I in Jelenia Góra detained a 21-year-old man suspected of robberies involving a dangerous weapon.

The investigation established that, between April 1 and May 31, 2015, the suspect committed four robberies in Jelenia Góra, including robberies involving a dangerous weapon. The victim was a teenager from Jelenia Góra. In one incident, the attacker threatened him with a knife and took his bicycle, worth PLN 100; several days later, he threatened him with a hammer and stole his mobile phone and other small items worth a total of PLN 200.

Finally, the 21-year-old demanded money from the victim in exchange for... returning the items stolen from him.

The man was placed in police custody. He faces up to 15 years in prison.
